May did an amazing job tuning my 120-year-old birdcage upright piano. It was extremely out of tune, and one of the pedals was broken, but her care, skill, and attention to detail were outstanding. The piano sounds great now, and she’ll be coming back to replace some strings. May’s expertise, patience, and professionalism truly stand out.
